I will start off by saying that this is Ms. Kelley. Since I'm always bumming his account to look at stuff, I thought it would be convenient for me to post a journal for him. Just a note to everyone who has commented/faved, Darrin works on a boat for 2 straight weeks. He is only allowed a week off, and then back for two more weeks. If he is not able to respond right away, I hope you can be understanding. He is not always allowed on his boss' laptop. Right now, he is still in the process of finishing Link's Master Sword for his son(which, btw, is looking amazing!). After he finishes that project, he will start refinishing the Take Katana. The guard will be remade to look even better, along with a few other changes. We are looking into upgrading our 6yo computer, so anyone who is interested in buying the katana, please send a note! Otherwise it will end up on eBay... which you can still buy... *cough*... Once the katana has been finished, we will take commissions. Anyone who is interested though, send a note anytime.

*** COMMISSION INFORMATION ***

*The price will vary depending on what type of sword you want, how much detail, how long it will take to complete, type of wood, etc.

*Daggers, katanas, rapiers, any other type of blade can be made. If you are interested in other typed of weapons, we can discuss it, if it is possible.

*Only HIGH QUALITY wood will be used to make the swords. I will come to you about which wood you would prefer. Please understand though that because exotic wood is preferable, it will cost more. (Please note: The two swords which have been posted have been made of less quality wood because they were made as personal pieces)

*Because this is a side job, please expect the sword to take at least 6-8 weeks. I am only allowed to work on it after I have finished my work on the boat.

*The swords I make are for art only and should not be used for anything but.

*If you would like to commission me, please have some sort of idea as to what you would like. Realize, changes are hard to make, so when you tell me what you want please make it final. Any reference photos are more than welcome!

*Unlike others, I will not charge for overtime. The price we agree on is final. You will only pay after the sword is made and if it meets your requirements.

*Along with the sword itself, you will be sent all the drawings and concepts that were used to make it.

I'll probably add more as time goes by, but this is just the basic idea for commissions. If Darrin can't respond to notes, I will as soon as I am able. I check the deviant account everyday, so you can expect a reply fairly soon. I assure you that it will be worth every penny. They are one of a kind, and no other sword is identical in the world! I can tell you first hand, that a lot of passion and care goes into every single thing he does. No detail is skipped! Please send a note if interested. I will be more than happy to reply.
